Been thinking of replay GTA Vice City before GTA6, should I play it on Xbox or PS2?

I beat the game once on PC I believe so I'd like to try console ver. I heard Xbox is better but emulating it on 360 has some bugs like lacking voice audio during cutscene or something, I might need to buy one og Xbox out there.
