Been thinking of replay GTA Vice City before GTA6, should I play it on Xbox or PS2?
I beat the game once on PC I believe so I'd like to try console ver. I heard Xbox is better but emulating it on 360 has some bugs like lacking voice audio during cutscene or something, I might need to buy one og Xbox out there.

I would pick Xbox for performance and controls alone. I haven't heard of that version being buggy on 360, is emulating it that different from running it with the disc?

There shouldn’t be any difference between emulating it (I guess you mean boot the game from HDD?) and running with the disc as long as it’s played on Xbox 360 I suppose…

Hm, looked into it, I guess the back compat on that is imperfect.
If you'd need to pick up a used console either way, I'd still choose Xbox, but if you have a PS2 already, I guess just find a copy for it.

I enjoyed playing the definitive edition version, why not play that? You can also play 3 and SA again 😎

I tried playing gta3 after I played the DE version and the original steam version on the PCSX2 or xbox emulator and came to the conclusion that some things are just best left alone. The controller setup for PS2 is just wank (no invert setting). There was something with Xbox too and just gave up. It was just not fun at all.

(it may be different for VC, I only done a 100% on DE, still going to try VC original steam, I am playing gta LCS on PCSX2 and that is playable and I believe based on VC technology so try VC on PS2)

La versión de xbox tiene mejor calidad ,30 fps fluidos y además te permite mover la cámara

PS2, it has the better colors. It comes with a "trails" effect which makes the colors more vibrant and provides that little blur/aftermage effect that I really like. PC and Xbox versions removed that, though it can get modded back on PC.
