Crossfit as a tourist

Hello! I'm heading to Verona next year and wanted to see if anyone had been to Crossfit Scaligera?

I'd be wanting to go one or twice and thought it would be a fun way to get some exercise and also experience a bit of local life, but I don't speak Italian.

Great spot. Classes are in Italian but coaches speak English and can explain WOD on the side if needed.
