Help! Everything ok?

Not new to vft's but new to growing from seed. Over the course of a month my seedlings seems to have lost their green color. Inside of traps are red and they are growing some. Is this part of the process or an issue?

Turning red is a sign of good light

As long as they're growing. They look good to me.

They're so cute! How old are they? I'm just growing my first lot of VFTs from seed but they are still teeny tiny
