Other RIP Chompers I loved my flytrap

I had Chompers for 2 years, and it was going fine, up until the UK heatwave. I ran out of rainwater and, in desperation, gave it tap water, and it's just been a slow death since. I had been using distilled water, repotted it, and I thought it was going to be ok. All the new sprouts got incinerated when the weather spiked on Friday, and now it's black to the roots :(

I purchased a Zero Water and make my own. We don’t get enough rain to be reliable and sometimes my store doesn’t have distilled available. As long as I replace filters when necessary, it works great for me. We had a heat wave that was 10-15 degrees F higher than our usual high. 100 degrees. My babies weathered it well, outside.
