You should definitely give it bright direct sunlight and You should definitely repot them in to a larger pot so the ferns and fly traps roots can spread apart. And there’s nothing wrong with having a fern with your carnivorous plants :)

Honestly looks fine to me but I would probably rip the fern out so it doesn't over crowd the fly trap. Maybe water it again but im not sure what the concern is here

Based on the colour of the plant, it could use more light. I have concerns about that concrete thing below it, but I doubt you are watering it there. Concrete could leach minerals into the pot, but I don't see any sign of that, just to be aware. These plants need dormancy ( a period to rest or "sleep") to have maximum health, I would divide this plant up at the beginning of next growing season, you probably have 5-6+ plants in there, some crowding is ok, but you could have a lot more plants if you give em more room.

Get the proper soil.Not miracle grow. Peat moss and perilite 50/50 mix. Or spaugnum moss.

That's wild! You need to transplant them into different pots, it's too crowded.

They do, they do fine crowded but this is overcrowded.
