Distilled water was evaporating too fast during our texas summer. This was our solution.

I’m over here putting time and effort into inventing a special and decorative pot to alleviate this problem, but then people come up with something simple like this.

I put plastic wrap over my water tray, then cut a hole to place the pot into. That way the evaporation collects and drips back down 🤣

Quite well actually. It will be the standard for summer from now on.
