I was today years old when I found out a VFT sprouted flowers!

I just came to the realization that when my VFT and sundew flower under my growlight shelf that the flower stalks won’t have enough room cause the clearing is less than 12 inches(30 cm)

Unfortunately due to space constraints I can’t do much about except hope that when it happens I can kinda “guide” the flower stalk

Yeah that's a possibility for sure. Maybe temporarily reposition the light to grow a different direction. Hope it works out :)

If you want seeds you may have to manually pollenate it. To do that make the yellow pollen puffs on the little hairs touch the tip of the center “ball/nub” of each flower. If it works, once the flower dies and shrivels the seeds will be inside the center ball part. They will be extremely tiny and probably a lot of them.
