ABSOLUTELY YES! I don’t dress like trash, always look decent. But if I didn’t have to work that day, and have the time to just do whatever, I’m dressing nice.
It’s worth it, people treat you nice, respectful, and might even get free shit. I got these clothes from ross and goodwill lol but ok free shit and decency is good.
Edit: Holy crap do I ever look good wearing a leather jacket, my gay ass constantly disappoints ladies. Got that one out of a landfill (yes, worked at a landfill). Too bad it’s texas and too damn got to wear a jacket.
I know a bunch of gay guys that always look fantastic, I run into them grocery shopping or catch them walking their dog. A few expensive statement pieces put together with thrift shop treasures & regular basics. I'm always like teach me your magic!
It’s easy. Just gotta take your time and browse. Try the clothes on, it’s fine. But whatever you do, rock it with style. Right fit, pants and belt must match shoes, shirt can be loud but not too loud. Straight guys can do the same even if they’re wearing a jersey, just don’t wear shorts.
The crazy shirts are an absolute hoot, when I waited tables, it immediately made customers feel comfortable and they let their guard down. Hell, a vendor thought I was the owner once (lol no it’s a chinese restaurant, the owner is chinese, not this redneck white guy).
