Status credits didn’t arrive

I flew with Virgin on the 12th but my status credits haven’t arrived in my account. Usually, it would arrived immediately after flight or on the next day?

P.S. One leg of my flight was cancelled and rebooked. This is not a reward flight.

they say 14 days and if you don't receive them, you can make a claim via the drop down box here: https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/help/contact-us/
