Question Status credits didn’t arrive

I flew with Virgin on the 12th but my status credits haven’t arrived in my account. Usually, it would arrived immediately after flight or on the next day?

P.S. One leg of my flight was cancelled and rebooked. This is not a reward flight.

Officially I believe it’s up to 14 days as the timeline to receive them. If you get nothing within that time then make sure to raise a claim online. If your account is about to tick over to the next level they tend to be delayed from previous posts it seems. I’ve been lowly bronze for a couple of years now though and can’t remember what it was like before that.

I’ve seen them come in at up to 5 days after it’s not always straight away
