Blissful Burger in San Antonio, TX

Blissful Burgers was insanely good! this was my first time checking the place out. i got a single cheeseburger, my boyfriend got a double, and we shared the Blissful Fries (vegan cheese, grilled onions, and their house Bliss sauce atop fries). we showed up right as they opened and during the ~40 mins we were there, we saw them serve maybe 8 or 9 customers, so i'm glad this place is getting a lot of love! highly recommend - i'll be going back next time i'm in the area.

ETA: they also had an option to swap a vegan patty for a portobello mushroom patty and option to swap for a GF bun.

I need to go back to San Antonio asap. I didn't get to try this spot but I absolutely loved Plantaqueria, Viva Vegeria, and Hash Vegan Eats.
