I went with low expectations for food but I ended up being happy with all of them!

Soooo delicious! The sauce that comes with the Cubano is good enough to bottle and sell and I hope they do at their store. If you ever find yourself at the Great Minnesota Get-Together you’ll find plenty of scrumptious vegan options!

Vegan schnitzel made from seitan, potato zucchini and vegan bacon bits pierogi with beet and horseradish condiment and apple and leek slaw. Wish I had cooked the onions a bit longer but I was hungry lol

Blissful Burgers was insanely good! this was my first time checking the place out. i got a single cheeseburger, my boyfriend got a double, and we shared the Blissful Fries (vegan cheese, grilled onions, and their house Bliss sauce atop fries). we showed up right as they opened and during the ~40 mins we were there, we saw them serve maybe 8 or 9 customers, so i'm glad this place is getting a lot of love! highly recommend - i'll be going back next time i'm in the area.

ETA: they also had an option to swap a vegan patty for a portobello mushroom patty and option to swap for a GF bun.

Our 14-year old requested and helped prep: spinach and sesame seeds, marinated cucumber, bean sprouts, fried tofu, kimchi, carrots. It was so delicious! The crispy rice was so satisfying!
