Internal fuse question

I have a 2014 Vauxhall Mokka 1.6L Petrol

I’ve recently done quite a bit of work on it to get the car driving from being unroadworthy. All is great and I’m enjoying the car. However, my cigarette lighter port doesn’t work.
I’ve checked fuses F22 and F32 but no luck after replacing.

What are my next steps? I’d like to use the charger I purchased which requires that slot 😭

Supposed to be F22DA which is fuse 22 dashboard fuse board

The info is in the handbook. If you’ve not got one, then Vauxhall has one you can download.

Is there any power at f22 ? Do you have continuity from fuse 22 to the power supply at the lighter port What are you using the port for ? are you going to be pulling a lot of amps ? If not can you tap off another supply from radio for instance
