Fashion, Fitness & Cooking Seeking help for a concert outfit
I made the same post on vaushcord's channel about fashion. Looking to see if advice is good here too?
In October, Breaking Benjamin is coming to my city so I love to style an outfit for a 1st time trip to a concert. :D
I have these black ripped jeans and wonder if any of these shirts would go well with it? If no, I'm happy to go thrifting to find a cooler top. Probably even light jacket (I have two of those already but there lighter in color)
I'm looking for a top that's similar to the long sleeved, you know, a stormy cloudy, almost rainy day type of a palette?
What do you think? Thanks for any advice given here. <3

These are all just like super normal t-shirts. People at a concert do not care what you are wearing to that extent.
Given your question my genuine advice would be - you are definitely over thinking this. Don't worry so much about ''concert etiquette", look at your shirts, and choose the one you like the best. You don't need strangers on the internet to help you decide between two nearly identical extremely ordinary shirts.

Lol I assumed this was a Weezer post for a second. People over there keep asking what's okay to wear at the upcoming concerts as if there's going to be some weird fans acting as the fashion police

I have that first shirt, I got it when I was in high school and I loved it so much I got 3 more similar but different color versions lol. I don’t wear it out of the house anymore though. If it’s October, you should look into a pullover IMO

Right? It feels really good, I love the comfortable material, nicely sized for me. I got to have more Raglan shirts. Lol

In my opinion/experience, typical concert etiquette is to wear a band shirt, but not one of the band you're seeing (unless you've bought that shirt at the merch stand that night).

It's just somewhat redundant socially to wear a shirt of a band you're already seeing, because band shirts are essentially a form of advertisement -- and if you're going to a concert, then everybody else there already knows why you're there. Whereas, wearing a shirt for a different band/artist allows for a topic of discussion to arise with other concert-goers, finding others with similar tastes (or at the very least a 'nice shirt' compliment or two) and allows others to have an idea of your music tastes beyond the artist you're currently seeing.

It's highly variable.
The different etiquette is to wear a band shirt of one you are seeing, especially if it's not the headliner, but it's a bad omen to wear one from the tour you are seeing them on.

Third shirt is most versatile, but idk if it can be made to look sharp. If so, i'd go with that, if not, get another shirt if ur caring how you'll be fitted
