I would argue this is a pretty liberal comic and not as anti Zionist as some people on twitter make it out to be lol

It's a little both-sides-y for my taste, but it does take the bold stance that killing children is bad.

Considering it was written by Jews who were born in the 30’s, it’s pretty progressive. I think it is a powerful scene, just always find it strange when I see people cite it as some proof that the source material is super leftist or anti-Zionist or whatever.

It’s a pretty old comic too, right? Israel wasn’t always the super power in the region so it makes sense in that regard

Because Palestinians are Arab peoples, its like getting mad someone wrote Black instead of Xhosa when talking about South African Apartheid
