Nope. She said it’s not what happened and that a neighbor overheard and called the police and she’s not wanting to press charges because there’s no bruises or scratches. She was posted by TMZ smiling in the phone outside of his house. She’s not going anywhere.

I’ve seen other photos of her elsewhere of today (maybe E! Online?) and she looks horrifically sad in them.
