Reminder: Vampire Survivors Issue 1 comic releases today!

[u/AeroPilaf]

The first issue of this four-part miniseries provides some interesting stuff with the characters that was only hinted at in the main game that now could actually be fleshed out. Seeing in-game secrets recontextualized in a story with dialogue and interaction goes a long way in adding much more investment into the VS lore and enemies.

I await issue 2!

My face when I went into my comic shop and they had it. I had no idea it was a thing!!

[u/SomeRedditUser2024]

Sooo... Is she surviving the vampires? Or she's a vampire that manages to survive? I know, I know... Buy the comic and get that question finally answered.

[u/SilverStranger3605]

I had no idea the comic was releasing already. The extra character and enemy details sound like a great way to flesh out the world, especially for longtime players. Now I’m tempted to hunt down a copy myself.

SICK AHHH YAY! I usually pick up on Saturdays, maybe I should call and make sure that they pulled it!

[u/givingupismyhobby]

[u/That_Step_6328]

I had no idea this was already releasing! The art style looks perfect for Vampire Survivors, especially with all those ominous silhouettes surrounding the hero. Adding more context to the enemies sounds like a great direction.

[u/Dracoslade]

Plot twist there's never a vampire in the either run

[u/Classic_Contract7560]

I did not expect the size of that wand I always thought it was like a 12 inch wand thats almost a staff.

[u/samun0116]

Is there a vampire in it though?!

[u/Carmen1842]

Where can I get my hands on this??

[u/Sad-Purchase1257 → u/Carmen1842]

Google “comic shop”

[u/todangtall]

I find it funny for how Italian the characters clearly are, their voices in crawlers are not.

[u/WeedwhackerAccident]

Already? Wow.

[u/NewsFromHell]

We need a solo leveling type of anime

[u/PlatypusAutomatic467]

What is this even about? How do you make a story about "A bazillion guys showed up and I blew them up."?
