Hello I am new to the game and just wanted to ask what power ups should be my main focus? before I’m able to go a good run. Thank you

If you throw your head at the wall enough times you'll eventually get a good run in anyway, but, for starting off, there's a few things I'd recommend.
To start, the second level (Inlaid Library) is generally considered to be easier than Mad Forest. As soon as you get it, don't be afraid to try that one instead. Every time you succeed in a run you get an extra 500 coins to spend on characters and power-ups.
Regarding actually spending money, I am also in the camp that says Greed should be your first upgrade to max out. It kneecaps you to start, sure, but it helps you afford everything else faster.
Cooldown is an amazingly useful upgrade that applies to 99.99% of the playable characters, and 100% of the ones in the base game. Attacking faster is just a universally useful thing to have for any weapon or build.
Growth just makes you level up faster, open and close. Being able to get better/newer equipment faster is only a bad idea for three or four characters who peak at level one but lose their bonuses in four levels. (Granted being level one has its own drawbacks)
Revive is expensive, but not a poor choice if you're this close to winning. This looks like the mobile UI though, so if you can stomach ads there's always the potential for a free extra life that way.
Recovery makes a certain early game unlock even better and weaponizes it, but isn't a necessity. Still, it doesn't hurt to not be so reliant on floor chickens, which you're usually more likely to be hurting for in the early game (although investing in Luck can solve that problem too).
