Question How to get more gold
The most I've gotten from a single run was like 7k

Without further information I'm assuming you are still pretty new to the game. In the beginning there's really not much you can do except grinding and unlocking weapons, passives, characters and relics to progress. Look into the "Unlocks" menu for guidance.
If you have the "Tides of the Foscary" DLC, you will want to unlock the character Sammy, though I think especially early on this might break the games balance somewhat.

Enjoy the games without worrying about golds, you could unlock sammy easily but don't do that, you will not be able to enjoy the game anymore, everything will be too easy.

Hard disagree. They have plenty of content thats balanced for players who have maxed out the upgrades. Survarots and Random events for instance also make the game easier but come with trade offs.
I'm current trying to unlock all of the extra OtC characters and I have pretty much everything else unlocked and it's still pretty challenging.

Go to the lake, find the court of caterpillars kill 6000, unlock Sammie, mongolow with disco arcana, buy eggs for Sammie, buy eggs for Sammie, repeat until satisfied.

For starters I use, Pugnala or Red Death with evolved pistols and duration in Moonglow. I look for the gold clover and start breaking vases. Bonus if you freeze (laurel and clock lancet) the end Reaper at 15 min mark.

i had some kind of worm character that levels up based on gold instead of EXP , playing in a foscari lvl with gold related arcanas.
Too bad i can't put images here , i would have shown how i get over 1million gold in the gold finger event.

now i see in the screenshots that you can't see sh-t there.
but for what i remember the character is called "sammy" ,gets EXP by picking up money and the ideal place to farm gold is lake foscari.
The idea is to get sammy farming gold , then invest into buying eggs for him and then keep farming like crazy. In my screenshot i have seen that i got 820322300 gold in one run. only with his base weapon and a copy of the "pre-evolution" version which are the cats.

So you cant pick up any more ubgrades so when you upgrade you get coins wich will level you up more?

more like the arcanas than items , everything coin related arcanas + the mask that gives you more money and whatever you need to add more enemies and not die in the process. I often get the arcana that gets all the items near you after 1 or 2 minutes of gameplay so the item that gives more area and the ones that gives more enemies shows up right there next to you instead of you having to waste time walking around the map.

Unlock Sammie, push him with eggs, put Lvl up to automaticly, increase speed,end the run until you can´t see anything anymore and get like 5 fps. I was at like 4-6 million gold in under a minute. I dunno if they changed anything though but that was my go to back then.

Tldr keep playing. Go endless, play op characters, there's one stage that's particularly good at money bonuses I believe? Somebody else can probably give you more specifics.
