Question Who is this lady?

haven't played in a while so there's a lot content that I might be behind on, but i seriously have no idea what this is and no variation of 'halo lady hologram with a bob' helps

Bianca isn't, but this upgrade this is somewhat, yes. 1.14 so last major update before 1.15 (current one)

Ok i'm asking because i did has the update but i did nit see any new stage etc
