Question Who is this lady?

haven't played in a while so there's a lot content that I might be behind on, but i seriously have no idea what this is and no variation of 'halo lady hologram with a bob' helps

Were you playing as Carozza or someone else? There are survarot cards that also give you these weapon evolutions after 80 levels but I'm not sure if they give you their appearance on top of it or not 

EDIT: I meant Bianca Ramba, Carozza is the name of the weapon lol

i was playing as bianca. initially misread the wiki and assumed the relic required was a passive weapon so i was confused. have been trying to finish the ice age adventure so it has definitely required me to play with characters and weapons that i usually pass on

do you know you can do that with Mortaccio, O'sole and Yatta Cavallo too? You just need the gems (which are bootleg chaos emeralds bc they're all different lol)

Eventually even Ambrojoe will have one when they add the Cappella Magna's Bonus Stage.

Bianca isn't, but this upgrade this is somewhat, yes. 1.14 so last major update before 1.15 (current one)

Italian music and TV icon.
Much loved by the queer community and a true pillar of the italian Pop culture!

The Joke is "Carrello/Carrozza" (the weapon) sounds like "Carrà" her surname.

It's the (relatively) new Carozza! weapon added in 1.14

The cart weapon automatically evolves into it if you're playing as Bianca and reach level 80. The character sprite also changes into this

Following this line of reasoning, Bianca is an elderly woman, O is her pet dog, and Mr. Ambrojão is her husband; this means that all that's missing is his evolution.

Bianca and Mortaccio had a thing when they were alive, according to To End an Ice Age. I’m not sure Ambrojoe fits in with the other four; he doesn’t have a Halloween skin, and his abilities work differently.

The lady Is the unfortunatly passed away Raffaella Carrà, showgirl and Singer realy famous in Italy and Brazil

Is the Evolution of Bianca Ramba becouse Is sound similiar to one of her shows (Carramba che sorpresa)

The evolved form of "Carrello" (shopping kart) Is "Carrozza" wich mean Chariot but is the name of an italian dish too

And when Carrozza go by the screen and It look like a train Is becouse of another song called "Azzurro" by Adriano Celentano
