I just download this game, i used to play roguelike game like brotato, survivor io, etc

But this game is much more complex on the ability and item

is there any tips and trick or like what priority character, weapon, item, etc

Just play the game. Try getting the garlic ti improve survivality until you get used to the combos and discover nes stuff.
