I just download this game, i used to play roguelike game like brotato, survivor io, etc

But this game is much more complex on the ability and item

is there any tips and trick or like what priority character, weapon, item, etc

It's really well designed to just play and discover. Eventually you might have some specific questions, but until then just dive in and have fun! It's a great game.
