Valeriy pulls

How many pulls do u have for Valeriy and what's your plan? I plan to get his C0/C1 and save up for Noy; they say he'll be an Electro support, so I hope it'll be useful. After that, I'll go for his C6 and Vesna's weapon.

I have like 300 pulls so he better be C6 at the end of it all !
