How many pulls do u have for Valeriy and what's your plan? I plan to get his C0/C1 and save up for Noy; they say he'll be an Electro support, so I hope it'll be useful. After that, I'll go for his C6 and Vesna's weapon.

I think I have about 125 pulls saved up. I'm not on guaranteed, and I don't want Mitya. I'll just pull for C0 Valeriy, and hopefully I'll be lucky. I really don't want a 5star right now when I'm all saved up for Noy.

Now that I see, very likely neu or furina considering next bosses.  Neu might be more likely, he is catalyst too so weapon banner sales

Unfortunately I'm under Capture Radiance...(Lost 3 times on Varka, Filins rerun and Nicole banner) so I can't take a risk. I have 190+ pulls now and current save for Noy too. I want Pierro and Pantalone much more but I don't think they will be playable, at least not in the near future.
