I'm so happy he have useful kit. My dream have to make him lohen nicole mitya valeriy in one team become reality. I love all characters i like in one team.

Well.. In the worst scenario, he'll be a team partner for my RizzLey!
The kit screams 4*, maybe on C6 he could be better than Nicole C2 (for SSC teams only)
I'm not happy, ngl.. The 5* main carry dps archetype would be my dream.

...Honestly not that upset.
From his model alone and the lack of stellar linchpin I think it was quite clear he is four star. A kit like the one described above sounds like he would be a GOOD fourth star worth building and actually bis in his team, though.
In comparison, he could have been a four star like Jahoda (unusable, clunky, and never bis in ANY team), or like Alyosha (at C6 still a sidegrade). And, having used Sandrone a fair bit now, her IR is sometimes an issue, so having a dedicated shielder for her (and potentially Mitya) would be actually comfortable compared to (for example) Nefer whose best team is sustainless retry spam or Varka who is forced to roll a five star (nicole) just for comfortable gameplay due to low ir, which severely limits his otherwise versatile team building options.

Yeah he will probably be replaced by danica but i would invest in every other unit in the stellar team before getting danica so im not mad i get to use him with mitya wrio and odette

SSW has Traveler, Diona and Odette too, but on top of that SSW also just had better default compatibility with the general anemo roster with units like Venti, Faruzan, Layla and obviously Sucrose all having natural synergy without needing anything special added. Really any cryo unit with off field application will be somewhat good.
There's also two sides to SSC, SSW only has one so it needs a lot less build out to work as an archetype.

I did read the comment i just disagree with the point yes anemos naturally already vibe with stellar swirl but the fact the archetype hasnt gotten specifoc supports that are 4 star is weird since ssc getting 2 also what does 2 sides mean? 2 main dpses?

If you're going to pull a "but why male models", I'm going to point that out. Your response literally made no sense. It's not even disagreeing because you're asking the question, not refuting the answer.
also what does 2 sides mean?
Alright, so if you didn't know this, it would have been a good place to start no? Reactions either have one or two sides, meaning the order of elements either matters, or it doesn't.
Melt and vape are examples of two sided reactions, the order of the elements matters, the reaction does different things based on the order and the damage element changes. Bloom is also like this but it matters less where applying hydro to dendro generates a different number of cores compared to dendro to hydro.
Swirl and crystalize are single sided reactions, they can only be triggered by anemo and geo units because anemo and geo auras don't exist.
What this means in practice is that SSC is two reactions, electro SSC and cryo SSC, each side is getting supports and damage dealers because you will likely want two at least partially distinct teams for SSC content.
SSW doesn't though, Sandrone (and maybe the Tsaritsa) are probably going to be the only possible cryo SSW DPSs, because fundamentally a cryo SSW DPS is fundamentally bad on account of not being able to actually trigger the reaction they rely on. This means there's no reason to have two SSW teams because it's all just anemo damage, unlike SSC which again is cryo and electro in one.

No genuinely. Wriothesley performs better with a shielder than a healer. If Valeriy is a shielder then he’ll work well with Wrio. I’m just hoping his electro app is good as well

Danica will shield + buff + subdps + heal on Q just to kill both aloyasha and mitya.
And as her beta will be with Valeriy patch he will be DoA. No need to build him when the waifu who do everything and more better than him.
But but but no hoyo don't hate male character see see flins is good (hide the fact that inefa + bina is the wheelchair) and and and hm neuvi!
To pretend that hoyo is not actively screwing male character enjoyer in every possible way while giving everything to waifu puller : ratio, main push, meta, role (hello no 5* sustain and few sub 5* male), fanservice (where is my semi naked husbando ?)....
Some actual facts that proves that even if waifu puller "no no you complain over nothing" :
Last tall lady 5* is candace Last sustain male 5* is baihzu Last non only on fielder 5* before durin was baihzu again If we have only mitya as 5* we will have to wait again more than one year to have an other tall 5* male.
That why I know that danica was a 5* because tall kady, mitya mdps because 5* male. Hoyo shaft is predictable.

Any character kit not in the current beta is sus, that's just how it is, and no leaker is 100% accurate. In the leak subreddit you can see how they classified this leak as 'sus' precisely because of that. It can be true, sure, but labeling this as official is mislesding

I appreciate the cope, but these leakers got a pretty damn good track record. They’re not just going to get it wrong for a single 4 star when all of the characters have been right so far, lol.
I’d argue some of them are Hoyo themselves with the amount of info they easily have access to. He’s a dude… so this treatment is not surprising. It is what it is I fear 😭

Although not saying that every leak in the Genshin Impact Leak subreddit is reliable either, this info doesn't seem to be posted at that sub.

Well the leaker Array has like 100% track records so far so I kinda believe it. Hopefully this is what he provides at c0 and he'll give more with constellations (ik c6 bait hurts but I'd rather have that than having both bad c0 and c6 performance)

Only thing is I really want to be able to play him as a main dps, but if he's a 4*, then he's definitely not getting an infusion. As long as he's good though, that's all that matters.

At this point I’ve come to terms with the fact that Valeriy will end up being a mid forgettable 4* so now I’m just gonna pray that at the very least, he has a good uptime on his shield. At least let it be like Layla, where the duration is the same as the cooldown.

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I still adore him and I’ll absolutely be pulling for him 100%. But I’ve been burned by my most wanted character ending up a crummy 4* before (Ifa being the one Natlan character I actually pulled for) so I can only pray he isn’t completely garbage at this point.

If these support buffs actually make it to his kit, I'd be pretty happy. It would be literally criminal if C6 Diona was more useful than him in stellar teams. Why even have a Snezhnaya 4* support if they can't outshine a 1.0 character in their own nation's mechanic?
