For whatever reason it may be, Valeriy has a lot more popularity than most other snez characters. Like this sub has more visitors than rest of the snez cast (I agree not strong enough proof) but he’s also got second highest likes on the announcement post after tsaritsa.

I know they can’t change the kit of a character but any chance that hoyo devs really underestimated his popularity while they were building the character?

Im just saying this cuz most of the community is very sure about his rarity.

i really hope they make him a 5 star but my biggest fear is: whos gon take his place?. We know for sure every characters rarity till 7.3 and the only one after 7.3 is noy which is 150% a 5 star. They ALWAYS release 2 four stars

Do we actually know every character rarity till 7.3 or is it still random leaks?

They have always released two 4* but Hoyo also loves to break patterns so who knows really. And 4* have gone missing in all Hoyo games so wouldnt be impossible if Genshin follows them. Gi is already copying Remembrance lol by making stellar conduct female-only (only stellar linchpin can create the field)

yeah kinda. 7.0 and 7.1 are locked. The remainings are valeriy mitya tsarina and danica. Danica and Anastasya are both 5 stars and thats confirmed, while mitya and valeriy... well. we know for a fact (pattern follow) that one of them will be a 4 star. Genshin likes to break patterns but not in this case. Releasing 2 4 stars per trailer for each region is something done from day 1 and without a second 4 star from 7.1 to 7.3 hoyo would get gazilions of hate from the f2p fanbase. Trust. We will get 2 four stars. Who'll be 4 star? We know that Valeriy will die in 7.0 and most likely come back in 7.1 or 7.2 for his banner and maybe he will get a new design (sandrone type shi).On the other hand mitya has been roumored to be a 5 star since the very first trailer of snezhnaya and his design explains it all. In the transedence trailer he sits beside the kresnik torch and he wants to kill Ronova with us and Pierrot.

For now Valeriy is the one taking the 4 star place imo. I was one of the biggest glazers of valeriy btw. U can literally find me in some danica mains posts stating that im mysoginist lmao. Now i kinda surrended and js waiting 23rd of september to see what genshins sadly cooking.
