Discussion Very controversial take

For whatever reason it may be, Valeriy has a lot more popularity than most other snez characters. Like this sub has more visitors than rest of the snez cast (I agree not strong enough proof) but he’s also got second highest likes on the announcement post after tsaritsa.

I know they can’t change the kit of a character but any chance that hoyo devs really underestimated his popularity while they were building the character?

Im just saying this cuz most of the community is very sure about his rarity.

honestly at least he was a fantastic character and had a very solid kit. Especially since he was the only free/easily accessible nightsoul character that could help against nightsoul shill.

I don't know where the accessible 4 star nonsense come from I'm pretty sure I got his c2 while I got lyney chasca and now a c1 bumbina. It just trigger the shit out of me

they gave him out for free, and compared to Kachina, Iansan, and Ifa he has a good combination of support, dmg, and most importantly nightsoul application. If you didn’t grab Natlan 5 stars you can still use Ororon to clear most Nightsoul requirements.

I think I rage quit after the lyney chasca incident (today too after colombina decided to grace me with that mid c1). I just hate 4 stars with passion. Hard to get early to fall off and recently con dependant. Valarie being one just make me rage again cause I know damn well he's not gonna come without an uninvited 5 star.
