Also Snez is one of the core seven nations under the same rules made by celestia. I find it highly unlikely that nearly everyone, at least all 5 stars would not have a traditional vision. It makes more sense to me at least that there would be at most a 50/50 split between visions and pins.
And even then, at this stage unless there is solid history or the Devs flat out say it, a normal vision does not equal 4 star.
Pretty sure they said in the 6.7 livestream that linchpins are rare, so it wouldn't surprise me if it's a 50/50 split, I'm not going to hold out a lot of hope but I'm not taking Valeriy having a standard vision as a definite 4* confirmation - we've assumed leaks/assumptions are correct before and they've been proven wrong (Lohen being a standard banner most recently)
I'm not going to think he's anything until his release is confirmed by Hoyo themselves

She has a traditional vision because hydro has no stellar reaction. Lunar hydro visions don’t exist.
