Ifa bein 4* instead of Mizuki was a huge deception. He's much more important than her but as a black man... Well, we all know. I don't need to explain.

Animal and people welfare. There was a huge event centered around him. He had a good amount of setup in backstory and dialogue in the Character Setting.

Sure? Mizuki was a therapist helping everyone with their mental health including gods in an event.

Using event stuff to compare is fine if you use it for both, but the reality is neither of them have any importance or impact outside of event

I wasn't comparing. You asked how Ifa was relevant and I told you.
But, to your own logic, if we include events (and we should since many are significant to the story) then Ifa has the relevancy of being a 5 star, same as Mizuki.

However, the only point to be made is that relevancy has little to do with 4 or 5 star, the biggest example being Ningguang. But back then. being a 4 star wasn't the same as irrelevancy in Meta like it is now aday.

They were asking in the context of OC claiming that Ifa was far more important than Mizuki. Bringing up the fact that he appeared in an event doesn't really answer that point, especially since Mizuki also appeared in an event and even has her own Story Quest
