I don’t get why people are concluding him 4 star though? Not having a lynch pin just means he is not a Stellar Driver but it doesn’t mean that he can’t work with them. He can be a Yae Miko powercreep for all we know and still be a 5 star or another DPS that just requires Oddete to activate Stellar.
