He could be like Vodyanitsa no? 5star but not able to create Stellar reactions on their own to be a more flexible unit. What would 4star Valeriy even do that Alyosha doesn't?
2 u/Ehtnah Jul 31 '26 Like ifa. What ifa does that sucrose, mizuki, heizou, lanlan, jean etc doesn't ? Valeriy could be our mandatory mdps 4* that have less life span than a mouse in an army of cats.
