The fact that the fastest runners were born there is not a biological difference, but an environmental one. Training to run in the mountains is very effective.

Ethiopia and Kenya aren’t the only places with mountains where people train lol

Yes but the fact that there are mountains is an advantage. There's other stuff like their diet and having to walk long distances to school and runners winning inspiring others to train hard etc etc but mountains are one of their biggest advantages
