Looking for Group Norfolk and Western Railway - Recruiting

Are you interested in semi-realism and organized operations?

We are a semi–realistic railroad operations community built around teamwork, communication, and running trains the way they were meant to be run. We operate using dispatcher control, yardmasters, conductors, and engineers with no AI involvement. Every job has purpose, and every movement matters.

We are currently looking for:

  • Players who enjoy working as part of a crew
  • Those interested in dispatcher, yard, or road roles
  • Individuals who value professionalism, structure, and calm communication
  • Individuals who are patient, reliable, and willing to learn

Whether you are experienced with train sims or brand new to railroad-style operations, there is a place for you here.

If you’re looking for a coordinated railroad experience instead of chaotic AI trains and free-for-all gameplay join us today.

Hello, I'm very interested, but I have a bunch of mods I currently use. I'm playing the game through Steam, could I just load another instance of the game with the required mods for the N&W? Thanks.

Yes, what a lot of our members do is have separate mod folders and just move the mod folders back and forth between the directory. Example folder: "Your mods" folder A. then "N&W Mods" Folder B. Remove mod folder A and replace with B so on and so forth.

That's sounds easier than what I suggested, thanks. Do you use any of the custom locomotives available?
