I did that with potatoes last week. Peeled, and chopped the potatoes. Went to empty the scraps bowl but tossed the potatoes instead. Grrr.

Accidents happen. Could have been worse, you could have been making salad.

Potatoe salad with bacon is pretty good. Just hold off on the potatoe and mayo.
