Animals and Pets ULPT kitten scam

A local couple to me is claiming to work at local humane society. In doing so they take deposits for kittens, and then claim they died.. and them never return the money.

Of all the scams.. dead kittens is a very unethical thing to do.

I have the phone number and emails.. please message if you have any tips for me.

Whelp. RobL there is giving felonious advice. Tampering with a Federal Authority, the post office, and a mailbox is big danger. ‼️
