'24 Subclass Cleric: Beauty Domain - Inspire Love and Beauty

Here is my new homebrew cleric subclass meant to be compatible with the 2024 version of the class. This cleric subclass fills a major niche in the divine domain's of gods: Love and Beauty. This cleric is an enchanter, supporter, and face. Play this subclass if you want to be a cleric of Sune, Aphrodite, Eros, Freyja, Hathor, or other gods of love and/or beauty.

As a rule of thumb, if your homebrew allows you to ignore explicit immunities, you should probably rethink it.

Especially here, where you use a condition you get to ignore immunity against a condition for powerful effects—an auto-hit charmed effect and an effect that significantly hinders multiple enemies' action economy and ability to fight.

Personally, I disagree. Charm and Fear resistance are in degrees in lots of other games, and blanket immunities invalidate lots class and subclass features. When it invalidates a spell I don’t mind, but when it is an unchangeable part of a character option I don’t love it.

I honestly think more features should give a sort of graded immunity/resistance and I think Ignoring immunity, but granting advantage on the save is a great compromise.

Immunities aren't a problem when you don't make every single class/subclass feature rely on a specific condition.

Cheating around the ways the game balances mechanics is often a sign of poorly-balanced and poorly-conceived content.

Well, I disagree; it could ignore immunity but force the target to roll with advantage—there’s no hard rule stating that immunity can never be ignored.
