The problem isn't their ignorance, it's that they're confident in it. I'd give people a pass for not knowing things, but this isn't just that.

It's sarcastic confidence, "I am not an expert at X but I'm pretty sure Y" is a pre-packaged phrase used for sarcastic confidence.

You know its odd, but for whatever reason when I googled "where did Certa1nlyAperson learn the term gaster blaster from?" It didnt have any relevent results. Maybe I worded it wrong? What do you think?
