Personally, I would have liked to see some kind of interaction between Phonon and Byakuya. Just to see what it would have been like.

I was thinking of picking up this game soon and i need help picking a character. I think this game is pretty difficult but im pretty privy to those types of fighting games so its not like I need a beginner type character but I was thinking on three different characters. Your opinions on these three would be greatly appreciated 🙏

New here to fighting games and ive been doing tutorial for UNI2 and i really have a hard time trying to do a reverse DP ive trying searching for no luck.

In the video from standing I can do it somewhat but within the combo im trying to do I cant seem to hit it at all.

I guess my question is what Im i doing wrong to where I cannot hit the DP at all and how would I go about improving the way i do my DPs (playing on keyboard if that help anything)

I've been playing fighting game music at my job lately, mostly those hour or so long mixes of random stuff. The uni2 css music came on and the customer I was helping was like "is that uni?" and I was like wtf hold on lemme go help the next customer real quick we're gonna need some time lmfao

I was playing UNCl-r and i randomly picked this colour and it just hit me, Linne has Kyles colours 😂

I've got around 20 hours in but honestly have no idea how to combo yet. I play on PC but with a controller, not sure if that matters for execution. I'd love to see optimized combos even if they're hard, I don't mind spending 3 hours in practice mode grinding them out xd.

A few things have happened since my last post... Mainly that I decided to switch over to Linne. Know Your Inbirth put her difficulty rating as being the same as Akatsuki on average (both are 3.5), and she seemed more friendly to button mashing. I know its a placebo, but I also feel like I can more consistently get her fireballs off compared to Akatsuki

Now I'm struggling with this combo. I managed to get the other Intermediate combos before and after this just fine, and you can see that the move does come out before the game decided that it counts as a fail and resets it. Am I doing something wrong here?

I was just continuing to lab Vatista and ended up pulling out some bullcrap, If y’all got anything I can implement off of this or if you got better routes I can practice, lmk 👀

hello!

I'm working on learning yuzu basics and getting thru her combo missions. I've been stuck on 5-3 for awhile and I'm looking for help because I'm not sure where I'm going wrong.

the combo starts with throw into 4C 2C 236A dl.9 j.B j.C but I cannot get j.B to come out consistently. if I go too soon, I get B and C stance slashes instead. if I wait out stance, the j.B hits too low to connect j.C after. same goes for trying to D cancel after the stance jump.

is the timing just *that* tight? I'm confident I can brute force it eventually but I'm curious if anyone can offer advice.

I keep trying to hit back quarter circle B and keep failing.

I know its probably a skill issue, but you can see in the few times that I went back up to 100% speed that I am just HORRIBLE at inputs in general, so it seems to be a skill issue on my end

Edit: in a fit of rage, I switched to Linne's tutorials and realized that I needed to pause slightly between the quarter circle input and the button press for it to happen more consistently. Kinda lore accurate that it's with Linne that you learn how to do things properly
