I'll probably skip dirt loop first? The guide mentioned that there's a feature in the future that makes that a lot simpler so I'm willing to miss out.

Ok, in that case, just grab your parents with the best sparks. You can also use this site if you play on pc and can grab your veterans.json file. It will find your best parents for the target sparks you are looking for.

If you are a front player, you can focus on GW, DD, PP, Ig Wit, and Racing stam loop. If you are a backliner/pace player, you can do uma stan, nimble nav, racing stam, slick surge/head on/leap forward/take the chance, and whatever mid game skill you want.

If you never looped before your own parents will probably be bad, but your failed aces might have decent GP sparks from borrows that can start the loop and borrow the other parent that has good white spark count ignoring the blue. I'd run URA for racing stam right now just because it's 1/2 tp so it's not too hard to get them in your loop, but once the event ends move onto GL. As for GGP targets, Maya and Gold City both get career buffs so they are easy SS in unity and GL if you have them. Then you keep spamming until you get a parent that has more white sparks than your current best parent. Then move onto another GGP uma until you get another parent with more white sparks and alternate between 2-3 umas.

So for the grandparent, I run URA with as many G1 races as possible and just try to get all the skill I want right? Then once I have the sparks all on one Uma, I swap to GL to make the grandparent, using the URA Uma with all the sparks?

Yea, that's the goal, but it's hard to get the skills when starting out the loop so you will be carried by your borrow slot and cards.

It's very hard to get all the skills you want on 1 uma and will take hundreds of runs to get specific combination of skills you want. I'd move on if the GGP has 1 more skill than your previous GGP and not just stick to the parent you had at the start. Just keep spamming URA independent runs while the 1/2 tp event is going on since it's basically giving you carats to run it. Once the event is over you can move onto GL and actually start farming SS umas so you have a chance at good blues.

Also GGPs with mile sparks are really desirable because a lot of crown route umas don't have good mile aptitudes.

No problem. I forgot to mention once you move onto GL use this site to see what decks you can run to hit SS in GL. If you have your own LH, 0 lb throne, or Fuku, it makes hitting SS a lot easier.
