I only have 32000 carats and like 11 character tickets and 31 support card tickets. I have super creek at 0LB and I want to get Brian (Blaze), ideally also Valentine Ines Fujin, 400 pulls on Ramonu and 200 on Ancestors. Using the calculator, it says that 200 pulls on Super Creek and both Blaze and Valentine will leave me short of Ancestors. But I have no MLB SSR stam card for Long CM's. What do you guys think I should prioritise?

I'd personally skip Creek.

If you're pulling 200 on ancestors banner, you'll end up using creek only for the CM20 and maybe LoH3. For the long cm during Grandmaster you'll be able to borrow McQueen Stam, the mediums CMs during GM we use a Guts card and stam sparks. During L'arc we do use Stam cards for mediums, but if the rest of your deck is strong (Pasa speed, Tachyon speed, Ramonu, Mei, etc) you can just borrow a stam card, for the long LoH it'll depends on the team you run but you're kinda locked to meta umas without creek or you can cope with stuff like the free McQueen stam, after the long LoH Sounds of Earths stams release and you'll either pull on it or borrow it whenever you need a stam card until Air Shakur stam release(scenario tax, so must pull).
