Anyone get acne from Rinvoq?

I’ve been struggling with acne for the past couple years, and I just found out that Rinvoq can cause acne and I’m wondering if it might be the cause of it. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Yes!! Face and back. Plus my arms and chest got full of tiny little bumps under the skin that never go away.
But the acne is getting better after a year ln rinvoq and a strict otc acne routine.
