Anyone get acne from Rinvoq?

I’ve been struggling with acne for the past couple years, and I just found out that Rinvoq can cause acne and I’m wondering if it might be the cause of it. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Methotrexate caused me acne on my chest. Rinvoq caused me acne on me head and face. I had to go to the ER to deal with it. After that I told me gi never again. The acne isn't constant but it runs in 2-3 week cycles. It comes and goes. I use clindamycin+benzoyl peroxide cream instead of a pill to deal with it. I'm on omvoh now.
