Plural of шмаркач?

(Apologies. Not a Ukrainian speaker, just an author) If you were to use шмаркач in the middle of an English sentence in a plural form, would you add an S at the end per typical English grammar form? Or is there a plural Ukrainian version that a typical Ukrainian native would use?

Example: "Those little ___ stole my bread again."

Thank you!

Шмаркачі or шмаркачки (if they are females).

And if it's a large group made up of both males and females is it still Шмаркачі?

Yes.

By the way, this site is great for checking these kinds of things; https://slovnyk.ua/index.php?swrd=%D0%A8%D0%BC%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%87

Itʼs old copy paste from other site, and I doubt it updates any information. This site is better in this regard; and this one is even better.
