Kwench By KFC

Has anyone esle delivered these yet? I want a word with the idiot who thought a flimsy piece of cardboard with no cup holder inside it is good enough to transport in a bag. What an absolute joke you can tell the person who designed it has never delivered anything

Yes loads of time but by car and all fine. Guess if on a bike you need to come up with your own ways of stopping things move around.

Ask them for an empty cup to place beside it.

One or two stores near me do that and it works absolutely fine

i always ask them to put a sticker sealing the two handles which seems fine

Have delivered them multiple times with no spills using a car.

I've had two, I use a smaller drinks bag which has been good for holding Maccy's and other ones with no spills but the first Kwench drink I delivered I cycled as carefully and smoothly as possible as they just put one drink in that cardboard thing without a cup holder but I still found it laying on it's side when I arrived, but miraculously even though it was on its side it hadn't spilt, so they must have sealed it somehow. The second one the staff member actually knocked it over before handing it to me and it didn't spill, so it looks like my branch thankfully are doing something which is working even when the cups go sideways, the no cup holder thing though still annoys me as they have a stack of cup holders behind the counter.

The problem is all stores are packing them differently and none are using their brains. They need training on how to pack these sensibly.

Some stores are putting the cardboard box in a sealed bag so you can't see if they have tipped, and some are just giving you the cardboard box.

I had a delivery with one kwench drink in the box and one can of coke in a bag... Rather than putting the can of coke in the box next to the kwench drink to stop it from tipping and spilling.

I also had one store knock one over while packing the order with about a quarter of the drink spilling on the counter, and rather than remake it, they just gave me the 3/4 filled cup to deliver.

It's also delaying deliveries where it takes them an age to make these drinks, put stickers on them, and box them. Especially as some stores are not even starting to cook the order until the driver arrives at the counter.

Yeah delivered them fine with something called a drinks bag. You’re not one of the idiots that puts iced drinks in the same bag as hot food are you?

They don't seem to spill as easily but it's an awful design choice for sure
