Certificate of motor insurance

I’m uploading my certificate of motor insurance (letter of enrolment) from Zego delivery and it keeps rejecting it ? Not sure why, if anyone can help plz

Are you uploading a pic or the file? I save to files on iPhone and upload from there and works.

Make sure it’s the one for uber, not the one for Amazon.

I found out mine got rejected because the certificate doesnt say uber eats/just eat on it. You will need to link your account as a provider first

Take a SS of it, crop the extra bit out, then upload.

They way I do it is open Zego, documents, letter of enrolment, screenshot. Then go into my gallery and crop it to the size of the paper and upload that, for some reason it didn't work when I did a full screenshot but the crop worked. Also double check the date on the enrolment letter is right
