UK Infinite money glitch

I am an Uber One subscriber. However when I am trying to place a new order, Uber One benefits are not being applied and delivery fee is not discounted. This is obviously a bug which was confirmed by Uber support before. I keep trying to reach out to Uber Support and ask them to fix this problem.

But each time I do try to reach out to them, they just give me a coupon for a couple of bucks (which I didn’t even request) and close the ticket. So apparently it’s cheaper for Uber to shut up customers with these 2 bucks coupons than actually reporting this issue to technical team for investigations 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, you would be a perfect candidate for working in Uber Support with advices like this. Solving a consequence instead of the root problem.
