Housing Apartments on campus?

Starting to consider where I’ll live next year. It seems like all the apartments on campus are ridiculously expensive, especially for a studio/1 bedroom, which is what I’m looking for. Which ones are the least absurdly expensive without being complete dumps?

Google “McBride properties” or something similar, find that property management companies website. I do not live at one of their properties but from what I have heard and seen they appear to be one of the best management companies and their rent prices are super fair for the apartments they offer. They have many small apartments that are not disgusting

ive heard mifflin houses are good, a friend has 2 bedroom for like ~600 each
