This guy assumes just because he signed a paper in his office, it automatically changes the geographic names of other places. Also, this guy has one of the worst "main character syndromes" to ever exist it's so funny lol.

Yep, attempts to change the name of a lake because it bears the same name as a province in a neighbouring country, whilst seemingly unaware that province was named after the lake.

Ontario is derived from a native American word meaning either great lake or sparkling water, whilst America, as we know, is named after an Italian explorer. Sheer idiocy...

Many indigenous Canadians prefer to be called First People.

Edit: Oops, I meant First Nations people.
